<P>　　国际权威房地产研究机构『世界地产研究院』(World Real Estate Academy)，已于2004年7月份隆重发布2004年《世界超级豪宅排行榜》和2004年《香港超级豪宅排行榜》。全球200多家著名媒体都做了报道!
　　2004年《中国十大超级豪宅排行榜》也在热评之中! 主办方为: 世界地产研究院、世界经理人周刊和国家地产网。 世界领先的面向董事会主席、首席执行官的管理杂志《世界经理人周刊》继年初成功发布了首届“中国房地产500强”的基础上, 本着准确了解豪宅项目在企业家和经理人心目中的知名度、美誉度和影响力的原则联合评选2004年《中国十大超级豪宅排行榜》，并同时发布《2004年中国100豪宅排行榜》和《2004年各省市十大豪宅排行榜》。
　　 2004年《中国十大超级豪宅排行榜》将于12月初揭晓，30家中国最顶级的豪宅将角逐“十大超级”的称号，其中上海11家，北京8家，武汉1家， 深圳3家，广州2家，杭州、苏州、重庆、大连、珠海各1家入围。
　　评选主要采取网络问卷、报纸问卷、实地调查等多种调查方式进行，排名建立在公平，公开，科学的基础上，主要考核5项指标：投资回报率、品质价格比、房主满意度、豪宅知名度、物业领先度。每项指标的评定规则和权重配置将参考专家意见，根据调查及申报结果，组织专家进行综合分析后，得出最后结果。</P>
