上周日去了趟北京
看了N多的楼盘
在车上还在说怎么没见到过北京在四合院里卖房子的
车停下
却就见识了北京的四合院

四合院还正在装修施工中
深秋午后的阳光透过树叶的斑斓投射在四合院里
折射出光与影的幻影
就这样安安静静地与朱红的门楣映成历史的印记
花岗岩的龙头似乎在诉说着皇城根的曾经的辉煌
370平米起的户型
不是溜鸟的遗族就可以享受的

CLASS，一个很NB的项目，不让偶进，也是一个偶唯一无所谓进还是不进的项目

是前两年北京一个名头蛮响的项目
在建筑、房产杂志上早已熟悉了它的内容
却一直未曾去实地踏看过
原因无它
远
就一个字
CLASS位于北京朝阳望京广泽路6号
四环以外
项目占地面积9.4002公顷
总建筑面积178600平方米
以电梯多层洋房和叠加式跃层为主
园区景观设计引入微坡地形及台地建筑概念
在社区东、西、北三面各形成相对标高达2.6米的山地地形
对社区内部形成围合之势
令整个地块形成负阴抱阳的新型风水格局
称之为果岭
果岭概念源之于华南
本是在原生果岭上开发的项目
在北京
却演变成小区的重塑地面标高的局部处理
也成了所谓的果岭
闻传
杭州亦有位于城外西南的某项目在学抄该项目的概念
不知会是怎样的一个景象

对豪宅已经是没多少诧异的
反正再诧异偶也住不起
本次去北京
却见到了最让我心动的建筑
注意：不是房子
是建筑
一个女人的建筑
一个澳洲女人的建筑
一个狐媚地舞动着她娇柔的肢体的澳洲女人的建筑
在大大的大大的销售大堂
和一个说话柔柔的PLMM淡淡地说着话
这样的建筑
这样的女人
这样的气场
拒绝了咖啡
要了一杯苏打水
在厚厚的澳洲长毛地毯的舒适中幻想着~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
